Gift Card Terms

Every T.R. Depledge gift card is valid for at least three years from the date it's issued. The expiry date is printed on the card (or on the email or certificate if it's digital).

You pay the face value when you buy the card, and nothing more. There are no activation, account-keeping, balance-enquiry or redemption fees.

• Any of our gardening and maintenance services, at the price we quote for the job.
• If a job costs less than the card's value, the balance stays on the card until it expires. If it costs more, you pay the difference.

To buy a gift card, send us an enquiry or call Thomas on 0474 844 204. To use one, mention it when you book and hand over the card (or quote its number) before we invoice.

We record every card we issue, including its number, value, issue date and expiry. If a card is lost, contact us with proof of purchase and we'll replace it for the remaining balance.

Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. The services you use a card on come with the same guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law as any other booking, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
